We are a locally based company to Brunswick County NC.  Founded in 2018, we have provided land use management services for hundreds of clients.  Owner and Founder Jared McDowell has over 20 years of experience in the business along with a degree in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Land Development. Prior to forming JM Enterprise, Jared worked for two of the largest Geotechnical contractors in the country.  Working with multiple private and commercial clients in the larger contracting sector has allowed him to gain the experience needed to provide economical solutions to your land use wants and needs.
